These terms govern the use of the MakeAppVisible platform by app owners, growth experts and end users. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and Review integrity policy.
What MakeAppVisible is
MakeAppVisible is a discovery and matching platform for app founders and growth experts. We provide app listings, expert profiles, service catalogues, briefs, proposals and launch programs. We help both sides find each other — we do not process payment between buyers and experts for custom work agreed through briefs or proposals.
Payments on the platform
- Credits and launch programs — purchased directly from MakeAppVisible for platform actions (briefs, proposals, boosts) and fixed-price launch deliverables (showcase pages, pitch decks, launch programs).
- Expert services — when a proposal is accepted, buyer and expert connect directly to agree scope, timeline and payment off-platform (invoice, bank transfer, their own Stripe, etc.).
MakeAppVisible is not a party to agreements between buyers and experts for custom services, unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing for a specific launch program delivered by our in-house team.
Fees and credits
Credits are purchased as one-time packs and spent on marketplace actions (posting briefs, submitting proposals, boosts). Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are granted, except where required by law or where we explicitly approve a refund in writing.
Acceptable use
- No spam, fraud, impersonation or platform manipulation.
- Respect intellectual property, privacy and applicable law.
- No harassment, hate speech or abusive conduct toward other users or our staff.
Prohibited services and listings
MakeAppVisible is for app discovery and app-growth services (ASO, creative, paid user acquisition, development and related consulting). You may not list, offer or deliver the following through the platform:
- Adult, escort or sexually explicit services or content.
- Gambling, betting, lottery or casino-related services.
- Illegal goods or services, malware, hacking or credential theft.
- Deceptive financial schemes or unlicensed financial advice where a licence is required.
- Weapons, controlled substances or other regulated goods without lawful authorization.
- Services that violate app store, ad network or payment network rules.
Listings must accurately describe what you will deliver. Misrepresenting your profile or offering prohibited services under the guise of legitimate app-growth work is a material breach.
Marketplace seller obligations
If you offer services, respond to briefs or publish packages, you agree that:
- Your profile, listings and proposals match what you actually provide.
- You will respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- You will cooperate with verification, moderation and compliance reviews when requested.
- Payment for custom work is arranged directly with the buyer — MakeAppVisible does not hold escrow or guarantee delivery of off-platform engagements.
Enforcement
We may remove listings, suspend accounts and permanently ban users who violate these terms. To report abuse or a misleading listing, email support@makeappvisible.com.
Card payments for credits
Credit pack purchases are processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension while investigated.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes appear on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
